Given the current funding difficulties, the Research Forum will provide an important sounding board for future collaborative grant applications. The Research Forum will be organised by the CRCEES Research Committee, which is calling for proposals for individual papers or panels, plenary sessions, and workshops. It is particularly keen to involve contributions from post-graduate students; these may either take the form of papers integrated within panels or discreet post-graduate events. Proposals from those outside the CRCEES network will be considered, and included where they strengthen the programme. The members of the Research Committee are happy to give advice, and all proposals (250 words) should be with its chair, Geoff Swain (Geoffrey.Swain@glasgow.ac.uk) by the deadline of 1 February 2011. |
